The Frisian Export club is the oldest existing export club in the Netherlands and has about 150 members at the moment. The members of the Frisian Export club meet approximately 6 times a year. Members can exchange information and consult each other on all kinds of international business aspects and experiences.
The Frisian Export club was founded 40 years ago by the Chamber of Commerce Friesland aiming to introduce exporters to each other. During the meetings, the members can talk to their mutual benefit.
“We form an unique platform for the exporting companies in Friesland” according to Paul Visschedijk, chairman of the Frisian Export club. “The meetings take place either at the Chamber of Commerce Friesland or on the premises of one of participating members”.
Entrepreneurs have an opportunity to talk to each on the basis of compact presentations and discuss international trade issues. Often the meetings are informal. The members can discuss their recent experiences, talk about new opportunities and exchange those important tips!
